💬 Sienna’s What-to-Ask-Your-Stylist Script: When asking your stylist to braid, remember to specify the type of braid you're after – whether it's a fishtail, French, or Dutch – and don't be afraid to ask for a few practice runs to get it just right. Trust me, it's worth the extra time!

1. Why This Salon Cut & Color Formula Works

One of my favorite ways to style a braid is to create a loose, effortless look by gently teasing the strands as I braid.

It adds a relaxed, undone vibe to the overall style.

I’ve found that this works particularly well for oval and heart-shaped faces, as it creates a softer, more feminine look.

Another trick I like to use is to incorporate a few strategically-placed hairpins to add some extra texture and dimension to the braid.

It’s a great way to add some visual interest without looking too ‘done up.’

  • Lived-In Dimension: Designed to grow out softly without harsh root lines or daily flat-ironing.
