And avoiding heat styling tools whenever possible.
For those with damaged or over-processed hair, I recommend using a deep conditioning treatment once a week to help repair and restore the health of the hair.
This will help to prevent breakage and frizz.
And keep the hair looking healthy and vibrant for longer.
